How the pricing works

A flat platform fee, plus what ewake resolves

The platform fee covers the agent running against your production, whatever your alert volume looks like that month. On top of it you pay for outcomes, so a quiet month costs less than a loud one and nobody is buying seats for engineers who are not on call.

One outcome per production signal

An outcome is a signal ewake finished with. It labeled the alert as noise, confirmed it as a real incident, or shipped a proposed fix. However many steps it took to get there, that is one outcome, so a hard investigation does not cost more than an easy one.

The whole loop, on every tier

Detect, investigate, fix, track and learn are not split across plans. Team and Pro differ in volume and support, not in what the agent is allowed to do, and there is no tier where it stops explaining its reasoning.

Pricing questions

What counts as an outcome?
One production signal that ewake has finished with, whether it ended as noise, as a confirmed incident, or as a proposed fix. Multiple actions on the same signal are still one outcome.
Can we run it in our own cloud?
Yes, on Enterprise. BYOC deploys ewake inside your own cloud account, and raw telemetry never leaves your environment. There is also a gateway for on premise and hybrid estates. Day to day it behaves the same either way.
Do you train on our data?
No. Your telemetry, your code and your incidents are never used to train or fine tune any model. That holds on every tier and in every deployment model, with no exception to manage.
How long does it take to get running?
On SaaS, minutes. You connect your observability and alerting tools, pick a Slack channel, and ewake starts analysing. BYOC adds one infrastructure step that we run with your platform team.
